I can't increase the volume of my tv and decrease it

My tv can’t be increased and decreased by volume,and there is something under the screen headphone 0 which means it suppose to be 100 i.e increase and decreasing with the use of remote control and when you go to settings then you scroll to sound then you click ok it can’t go to the otherside i.e the audio display.so pls help me fix it

Hi @marne1 ,

have you tried using the TV button controls and not the remote control unit to see if the volume can be adjusted, you didn't say?

What is the model number of the TV

If the TV has them they are usually found on the side or the back of the TV. Sometimes they are at the front under the screen but then it would be obvious

TCL aren't friendly in that there is no user manual online for your model that should show where they are IF there are any that is.
