Water on the screen

Hello all,

About 4 hours ago Water was poured by mistake out of a glass on the lower part of the front side (screen side) of the TV. I removed all connections with electricity immediately then dried what I could with a piece of cloth (only from outside)

What should I do now? Would that cause a large damage? Is it gonna work again? It's an expensive TV (about 3000 $). Hopefully it won't be a serious problem. I'm nervous. Anyone who knows please tell me. Thank you
