SX Mini G Class w/ destroyed C-type charge port

YiHi.com located in Shenzhen China has never replied to my emails as well as no reply from Varitube.com in Florida which is the only authorized SX Mini repair shop in the US! Is it possible that a cell phone repair store would be able to replace a broken C-type charge port? If it was a SMOK mod I'd throw it in the trash but I paid nearly $250 for a high-end device that just needs repair. I'm hoping for some guidance that puts me on the right track. Thank you!
