Deleted all my ds files on accident

I accidently deleted all my ds sd card files and it wont turn on I got a new battery replaced it with the old one and when I put it on charge and the orange light comes on for about 10 seconds and when I try and turn it on you can see the blue light slowly fade away for like a second I got recovery apps and got the Original files back but still nothing

I have tried most thing I don’t know what to do can anyone help me.
