Why wont the print motor push out the Labels? Tape Jam, Not.

I changed all the batteries (6) and the LED works fine, but each time I click the Print button, it ways Label Jam. Opened and cleared the label cassette, and changed it for a new label cassette, the same problem. Manually the tape moves freely as expected. But no motor noise either. Is the motor broken? Thanks.
