Screen response is strange after screen repair
Hey there,
Recently I dropped my phone. Today I got the screen repaired, and cosmetically everything looks fine, but I draw on my phone, and after the screen repair the screen response became very dodgy. When I opened up the app that I use, I noticed that the lines were coming out wavy instead of smooth. This isn’t a usual occurrence, and I’ve tested this on two of my other drawing apps as well, and the problem persists. It’s also affecting my scrolling on websites and typing. I’ve tried rebooting my phone, taking the screen protector off, uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, taking off the case, and even messing around with the accessibility settings. I’m no phone expert, very far from it, so I’ve got no clue what to do next.
This kind of thing may not seem like a big deal to most people, but it’s important to me and is one of the primary uses for my phone. I’m assuming it’s probably a hardware issue rather than a software one, but if any experts could tell me what might be causing this or how to fix it, it’d be greatly appreciated.
