No power to blueray drive, ideas why?

I have routinely cleaned and redone thermal paste on the cpu. (I fix consoles for a living)

Assembled and works fine not overheating etc.

But now the blueray drive doesn’t work and seems not to be getting any power. Any ideas what could be causing this? ive tried some other drives same problem.
