Refergerator does not cool. Freezer does not freeze

I have an LG model LFXS30766S. Refergerator does not cool. Freezer does not freeze nor produce ice. Cycled power, cleaned condenser coil. Condenser fan is running.

Checked PCB. No LED, even after power cycling. Both fuses are good. Pulled AC power, disconnected Con201 connection. Restored power, pushed test button, received confirmation beeps. Power on pins 1 and 4 measure between 48 and 62 VAC. No LED.

P/N on PCB is GR-J318. Is this a bad PCB?

Yes. You need to have at least 200 v within the first 30sec of test. Good diagnosis James Short! May I as where you found that information?

James, the part number I’m showing for the board is EBR78940601

Sears sells it for about $145.

Sears shows 2 different part numbers for the same board. I have no idea why unless one is rebuilt or they added a core charge. Idk

The 2nd part number is :

EBR78940615

Sears sells for about $119

Ladytech,

Ok, so I installed the new main PCB p/n EBR78940615. Voltage on PIN’s 1 and 4 on the Con201 connector measure to the 230 VAC level after ramping up from about 63 VAC during the 30 second test cycle. After the test cycle is complete, LED blinks 3 flashes. Plugged connector Con201 back in. Opened lower access panel. Fan and Compressor are running. After 2 hours of running, compressor is hot to touch. Cooling coils are not hot at all. Refer is not cool and freezer is not cold either.

Suggestions??
