@mharristx92 that depends on your camera and your OS. If you are using windows and it is a USB webcam you simply plug it in and Windows will usually find it and either install a driver that it has or it will ask you for the specific driver for your cam.
Now if you want to replace your original camera; download the guide from here. Page 47 will tell you how to fix it.
