Samsung Twin Cool freezer fine, fridge ambient

Need help please. Samsung SR318LSTC fridge inop. Freezer fine. Evaporator in fridge not getting refrigerant flow. Like it’s stuck in ‘vacation’ mode. Dial type controls.

Both evap & air temp thermistors read about the same 6.5 k/ohm @ 18.deg.C & around 13 k/ohm at 2 deg.C - nice & steady in changing resistance values. Fridge control dial has 6 resistors . Vacation mode is around 1.9 k/ohm, setting 1 is 2.54 k/ohm & gradually steps up to 2.72 k/ohm on setting 5. I’m not seeing anything wrong here but please advise if it aint. I have no error codes on PCB, just a solid red led.

One thing I found on these Samsung Twin cool fridges is a control for the liquid lines bottom rear right. Has one main liquid line in & looks like it splits into two (one for the freezer & one for the fridge. I think this part could be faulty, I was considering bypassing it completely so at least it will work. Any Tech help would be appreciated.
