I replaced the upper microphone of my iphone 7 as it was broken and I didn't hear anything but from the replacement the volume is very low and impossible to understand.
Can the part be broken? Can there be other problems?

You could have a defective part. You could also have a bad connection. I would check the connection for damage and clean the connector with a qtip and alcohol and a soft brush.

Thanks for your advice.
I will try to buy another upper microphone so as to see if the component is damaged. if I have the same effect with very low volume I will replace the connections.
The connections do not seem to be damaged, a glass of cocktail fell into the microphone and it did not work since then so I activated to replace it but the volume is now really low.
do you have any other advice to give me?
