Unfortunately, as far as I know, there are not direct individual parts, look for a defective oculus where the lcd panel is still working and then replace it with the defective one.

iFixit hasn’t made one yet but it’s likley it’ll come out soon

@Destruktive Dawg It looks like it's never going to happen, not all devices get covered by iFixit teardowns
