Device not charging when docked in charging station

PowerBot stopped charging when placed in charging station. Followed Samsung recommended troubleshooting and still no luck. Replaced battery and still nothing. Are there any other options I have to try to fix this at home? Thanks

Are there any LED / Power indicators at the charging station?

If no, had you tried using another power outlet for the charging station?

Is the contact dirty?

Yes, the charging station is working fine. There is the red LED indicator on and I have already moved to different outlets. I also tested the output voltage of the charging station and it has CD power out (7V DC). The Powerbot is just simply not responding. I have pressed all buttons several seconds several times, used the remote, turned on and off and on again from the main switch and nothing. Hope you might know what might be the problem. Thanks
