The touch screen does not work after a software update
I did a software update on my iPhone XS and now the touch screen does not work. I would appreciate any advice and help

To fix iPhone touch screen not working, you could try these:
1. Adjust 3D touch settings. Settings > General > Accessibility > 3D touch > adjust the sensitivity.
2.Manage iPhone storage by going to Settings > General > Storage&iCloud Usage.
3.Repair iPhone touch screen by fixing iOS.
