My singer starlet 7362 will run when filling a bobbin but not sew
Why will my 7462 Starlet not run when trying to sew but will run when filling a bobbin

Just a thought, are you making sure that you reset the machine, after you fill the bobbin? When you fill a bobbin you disengage the sewing, so be sure to reset.
