The HP Officejet 7410 will not start

I have a HP Officejet 7410, the display just cycling on HP Invent, will not boot up, the power light is off.

I suspect there may have electronic failures but cannot open printer panel.

I opened from back, removed a plastic pane with serial number on it and was not able to remove any more parts. It seems the printer uses lots of interlocks.

Wish someone out there has experience or drawing that can help.
