Why is my Epson XP-434 printer not printing alignment?

Hello Everyone, my Epson XP-434 is not printing the alignment when I clean the nozzle heads. It is NOT a problem with my ink cartridges, as I have always replaced them, and currently have 4 new ink cartridges installed. Please help! Thank You and God bless.
