Flashing question mark on boot and track pad and keyboard not working

A Flashing folder with a question mark appears when booting up. The keyboard is not responsing so I am unable to reset smc and pram or boot in to recovery. The trackpad is also not responsing. Before this happen I open my macbook and everything was moving slow and keyboard backlit light was flickering , then the trackpad stop responsing, So I force shutdown and left the macbook for a while. When i came back and turn on the macbook the flashing folder started to appear. The macbook manage to load to the login screen once (I didnt do anything special) but i couldnt do anything because of the unresponsive trackpad and keyboard
