Hi ,
What Android OS is installed in the tablet? (Go to Menu > Settings > About > Android Version).
If it is still Android 4.4 as the minimum system requirements for the Disney+ app is Android 5.0 (scroll down to view Additional information > requires Android) then perhaps the Play Store will not offer it as a download as it will not work on your tablet.
There is information online how to upgrade the firmware in the tablet to Android 5.0 if you want to try this.
Just search for Lenovo Tab 2 A7-20F firmware to get results
