No, definitely soldered. Back in the Windows 8/8.1 days, Microsoft had a Modern Standby standard that REQUIRES soldered RAM for security reasons.
Not sure if the standard got updated or not, but based on the idea behind the requirement, it is very likely that soldered RAM is still required to allow Modern Standby.
