Printer saying low ink although its brand new

It is not an XP 410 although it is a XP442. I purchased new ink, the ink for this model an EPSON brand but once i inserted it and done a nozzle check it isnt printing the ink and coming up saying theyre all very low! I have done a head clean and nozzle check and its still not working. I am about to scream.
