Bought a chest freezer used, tested it and it worked fine. Left it unplugged for a few months. When I plugged it in it no longer worked. The indicator light is on and the compressor has a low hum and gets very hot but I don’t think it is running. System is not cooling

First replace your compressor start relay. It would help to have your model number and make.
