The freezer is working but the refrigerator is not getting cold

I have an LG refrigerator model number LPXS30866D/00 Two year old bought it with compressor replaced and the refrigerant switching valve also replaced

the freezer is working but the refrigerator is not getting cold

How do I see if the main board is not functioning correctly ? No lights are on board

also the Condenser fan works on start a few times like cycles on and off , but yet does not work while running

….

Frank, tell me more about the condenser fan. How long does it run? What noises do you hear? Is the compressor hot to touch? Are the condenser coils warm or cool? Is ice forming on the copper lines? Was the filter dryer replaces when the compressor was replaced? Inside the fresh food section, Is the back wall have frost on it? Can you get an accurate temperature of both sections? Leave the doors shut for an hour the quickly get a reading from each. Let me know so I can help.
