ps4 flashes static and turns off

it trys to do its cheaks but flashes static and shuts off. happens different times. some times it gets threw its cheak some times not. but wont restart if it dose make it to end of cheak. it also hapens in safe mode. only stays on for about a min and flashes static and turns off. did somthing burn out on my ps4 or what?
