This is a child’s Nabi I Pad with red rubber around the perimeter. When we try to unlock it using the dotted pattern, we are unable to do so. How can we reset this so that we can used a number code instead of the pattern to log into it?

Probably the easiest method is to follow the information for hard resetting the tablet and then entering a new password contained in the Users Manual. A copy of the manual can be downloaded or view online at:
