weird, in case you haven’t disconnect the power and press the power button on the right back (if it’s like mine) to make sure it’s drained and plug back in. you could also try cleaning the USB port with something wood or plastic such as a tooth pick, and also update the firmware which can be done via wifi I think around the device info or support section in the settings.

Tried all that no change tv still the same thanks
Wait for some several minutes then press home button or ok button to solve it ……thanks me later ?
