Device will not power on

My Device will not power on.

Powerbutton stopped working, I did not care, but when the screen fractured I send it for repair, the workshop manage to change screen and start the phone witout powerbutton. but then it went out of battery. I charged it fully. It did not boot automatically.

I wnt to several workshops they did not manage to start my device. There ar to capacitors located on motherboard near powerbutton. these capacitors / resistors have decomposed due to water damage.

When I charge, display shows battery status.

when I try to boot in to download mode it wil not engage download mode.

1. is it possible to replace these components without replacing motherboard ?
2. Where can I by these components ?
3. Is there any other way to boot samsung galaxy note 8 without power button ?
