Why won’t my firestick connect?

I plugged everything in I selected home then selected English now it’s on a screen that’s says scanning for networks and my WiFi is working I just checked it please help :,(

I'm having the same issue. My other firestick is working fine. I have 2 that are stuck on Scanning for networks
