Can you upgrade the storage in a Chromebook because my Chromebook is out of it and it only has 10.2 GB and I would like to have more

It appears both ram and ssd are of the soldered in variety on this model. You do have the option of adding SD card storage not sure what is the largest supported size for that media but shouldn’t be hard to look into online.

#2 is up to date thru YOM 2020 (not sure if it is still maintained)... has been around for over 12 years though.
That document doesn't provide any specs for the ROMs though.
