Can I upgrade SSD card from 256 GB to 1TB?
Is it possibe to increase my SSD drive from 256GB to 1TB or more?

Not possible, storage chips are soldered on the board, also the very action of opening the case destroys the entire laptop, unless you can find a place that sells Surface Laptop keyboard and C case as a set.
