I have replaced the LCD degitizer screen with new and after that power button does not work anymore and only charging halfway and also quickly drains power. Can someone help whats wrong?

The power button failure MIGHT be the result of a bad connection to the motherboard. The connector in question is here:

However, given your power button issue + the lack of full charging + fast power drain (+ excessive heat, which I'd bet your phone is also showing), I'd put my money on a failure of the Tristar (U2) charging chip, which requires microsoldering skills to repair. Even if the power button failure is not the result of the Tristar chip, the rest most certainly is.
