My samsung s7 edge touchscreen is unresponsive...

I did a factory reset on my phone and the touchscreen is still unresponsive i cannot enter safe mode because my phone takes forever to boot. please help!

So it wasn’t responsive before the reset as well ?

Iff so, most likely your screen is broken
