its not plugged in and this is the screen i have i tried doing the reset thing where you hold the volume up then let go volume down let go and hold the lock screen button but it did nothing please help

You must perform a DFU mode restore.
1) close all programs that are open in your phone.
2). connect iphone to computer via USB power cord or lightening cable.
3) on iPhone, press and hold the slide power button for 3 seconds.

“Close all apps on phone” lol did u even pay attention it’s on a black screen. Which WOW means he can’t use the d*mn thing. Geez how bout read the actual question fully instead of copy pasting an answer for the easy rep......
Also perhaps mention DFU mode erases data...

im not sure about your question, the picture shows the phone needs charging.

Lol, I get your point. But seeing as he tried all the normal hardware resets I imagine he wasn’t that dumb. Where he forgot to charge the phone, and that’s why.
