Why my iPhone 5s od rebooting and showing up redscreen?

Hi. Few days ago i perform home button replacment. After that i chcecked if it works. It was workig fine. After turning phone off again i decided to replace battery. Replacment battery was chip bluestar knock-off. When i connected it to phone nothing happen. I plugged the old battery and phone died. It’s rebooting and sometimes showing up redscreen. Even with charge, and when its plugged wihout battery also. Original battery was slightly bend at the top durning the replacing process. Please help.
