Red picture behind opened apps and iPhone backround/lock screen

For the past view days I have had a red-tinted screenshot of one of my instagram DMs that is can be seen behind the backround, when I open an app I can sometimes see the picture through the app, and when I take a screen shot it doesn’t show the red screen behind the backround/app.

Have you tried restarting your phone? I've had similar issues rarely, I assume it's just a GPU glitch.
