Why wont my Polaroid Snap turn on?

I got my camera sometime in November of 2018 and went on a trip to a tropical country. It had been dropped in the sand and I was sure it was all gone. After the trip I continued to take other pictures and it worked perfectly fine. Now when I turn it on,it makes the three beeps and then turns off and if i click the color ,border, and timer it makes three beeps and turns off again. What can I do?
