I need to replace the front lens

I have a hair line crack I need to replace the glass front cover. Where do I find the glass or can I use plexi glass or some other cheap glass or do I have to order it from the company? What is ever plausible how do I go about removing and replacing it on EVO htc Sprint 4 G?
