I am interpreting you have an original Apple Watch (series 0) screen and you want to replace the screen on your Apple Watch series 1 with the series 0 screen.

Now, is that possible? No unfortunately. The connectors and cables are different on the screen assemblies therefore making them not cross-compatible.
