iPhone wont connect to iCloud

So my iPhone wont connect to the cloud and seemed to have uninstall almost all the apple programs, from iCloud to Music, every time i try to log in it freezes on the login pages and i cant do anything until i turn the phone off and the battery gets hot really quick. Any fixes? or do i need to get a new phone
