Here’s the previous answer given on this dryer error code:
Dryer won't start Error Code F70
The F70 error code indicates a loss of communication between the console panel and machine (main) control board. Disconnect the dryer cord from the power supply and remove the top panel and check for loose connections on each control board. I've added the instructions in the image below.
If all the connections check out okay, then the machine (main) control will need to be replaced.
