3 iMac LATE 2015 После замены CPU i5 6500 на i7 6700K проблема с RAM
Год проработал с ОЕМ памятью 4 + 4 и докупленными планками 4+4 гб sk hynix (1600 ). Вчера заменил cpu и поставил ссд. Мак включился с 4 планками, в процессе восстановления из тайм машины мак поймал фриз. Выключил долгим нажатием клавиши питания. Включаю обратно - 3 гудка с 5 секундной паузой. Вынул все планки, оставил только оем память в 1 и 3 слоте. Мак включился с черным экраном , куллер работает, в таком режиме он может простоять долго, 15 минут ждал - изменений нет. Поставил планки в 1 и 2 слот - мак включился и загрузился . Итог - не работают 3 и 4 слоты (4 слот тоже проверен). Если В 3, 4 слоты вставленна любая память - мак стоит в вечном черном экране. Куда копать? П.С температура всей системы отличная , перегрева не наблюдаю.

The system worked with OEM memory 4 + 4 and with the purchased new RAM 4 + 4 GB SK Hynix PC3-12800 (1600 MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMM’s.
Yesterday, I replaced CPU and put in an SSD. Mac with 4 RAM modules installed, in the process of recovery from a TimeMachine backup system froze. Turned off by long pressing the power button. I turned it back on - 3 beeps with a 5 second pause.
We took out all the RAM modules, left memory only in slots 1 & 3. System turned on with a black screen, the fan comes on in this mode, it stayed this way for a long time, 15 minutes waited - no change. Put the RAM Modules in slots 1 & 2, system turned on and booted.
The result is that 3 & 4 slots do not work (slot 4 is also verified). If both 3 & 4 slots are inserted with any memory the system gets stuck in the eternal black screen.
Why is this not working?
P.S. The temperature of the whole system is excellent, I do not observe any overheating.

Прошу прощения, может быть я неправильно выбрал год выпуска моего мак. У меня imac 27 late 2015. Перед апгрейдом я спрашивал у людей , кто уже проводил эту процедуру с i7 6700k, проблем быть не должно, но сейчас я буду опять проверять версию прошивки биос. Спасибо за ответ.
I'm sorry, I’ve picked the wrong year for my system. I have iMac 27” late 2015.
Before upgrading, I asked a few people who already conducted this procedure with the i7 6700k, there should not be any problems, but now I will check the firmware version of the BIOS.
