Hard drive not connecting to logic board

Miles Dodson  you are not giving us a lot of information here. It reads like you are requesting to find out how to get the data of the hard drive. If so, you can get a Zif to USB adapter which will allow you to connect the iPod hard drive as an external drive to your computer. If you are using iTunes for this iPod it will be difficult to identiy the files etc. You would need a third-party software for a backup. I use a program called Copytran and it has served me well. There are plenty of others you could try.
