Water damage under shield

Hello,

I have a water damaged Huawei P8 Lite. I opened it and found that a shield was hot when charging, there is water damage under it:

Several components are damaged, do you think I can break the shield that is glued on the board to clean it with isopropyl?

Do you think it is fixable and what is the reference of the component on the left that is entirely burnt? I think other components are capacitors, can I remove them without replacing?
