software to unlock network for customers
I would like to be able to unlock a mobile to any network for customers, whats the best software to do this?

Only Apple could do this officially. Customers contact their carriers and once they approve unlocking, they send the command to Apple, Apple pushes a policy update to your phone OTA or next time you activate the phone. Everything is encrypted and pretty much hack proof as of now.
You can get a SIM card spoof for some OS versions so customers SIM cards can pass for the ones from the locked carriers. It is not reliable and comes with usability problems. Of course it is illegal in a lot of countries.

The ONLY other way is the physically change baseband serial and imei
not worth it
There are services online that can submit unlock requests for cheaper than the network but I’ve never used them
