How do I get a stripped screw out?
I’ve tried the rubber band method and using a torx bit method, but it still won’t come out

You could drill it out & rethread the screw; it's a bit sketchy but if there's no other way...

I haven’t heard of this method. What do you mean by put force?

By put force I mean to put pressure on the Screwdriver.
