Is new motherboard differs from WIFI or LTE version

My model is Tab S2 8.4 - 4G LTE - T705

Need change motherboard for this model , I search for it , found two types

- WIFI only

- 4G LTE

So is this differs , so I must buy the LET motherboard one

Where I can buy new motherboard ,NOT used one ?
