updating Payconiq impossible recently

I was a frequent user of Payconiq, but recently this app stopped updating. I get the message 'your device isn't compatible with this version'. How can I solve this problem? My Fairphone updater sais my phone is up-to-date. (I'll ask this question to Payconiq too.)
