How can I get my phone out of recovery?

The phone shows the sign to connect to Itunes. I have made sure I have the latest Itunes software. I connect it, it goes through the motions then comes back with error code 2009, has also come back with 6009 and 4019. have tried many times with no joy.

I have looked up recovery software e.g DRFONE, but all come at a cost and thier sites make me a bit wary.

Do you have any suggestions?
