How can I separate oculus rift cv1 lenses from screens?

Hi all, I'm trying to do a repair on my oculus rift screens.

After disassembling my rift to get at them it appears that they are glued together. I'm not too keen on trying to pry them off....

Does anyone know of a way of removing the screens from the lens cups?

hello, the displays are loose, not solid, not glued :)
