My phone display and keyboard starts flickering and screen goes black

my phone touch doesn't work, display and keyboard starts flickering and screen goes black after some time of flickering, but phone isn't turned off I still receive calls and everything works same except the touch wont work and display and keyboard flickering. if I restart my phone same thing repeats again and again
